Our Objective
Improve the operational performance of end-to-end corporate real estate operations and concurrently establish a fully compliant SOX/BASEL risk and controls model.
What we did
- Documented processes for all activities of the entire end to end real estate work
- Analyzed planning, needs analysis, transactions and deals, project and program delivery, commissioning and maintenance for space acquisition, leasing and decommissioning
- Evaluated operational risks and rationalized the controls (introduction and removal)
- Gained acceptance of results from governance, compliance and risk group
- Developed a governance capability for both process improvement and risk management going forward.

- Changed processes to mitigate risks and establish just enough controls
